hotels with shared bathrooms (and a good deal of confusion concerning ‘flush after use’), eating fast food every day and of course proudly standing beneath the MadJester banner as the first customers were seduced onto the stand and their first subsequent purchase. Those were the best moments…

The 3m x 3m MadJester stand itself was constructed around a steel framework with a custom-built fireplace surround commissioned to feature the MadJester R1 and four display pedestals, all complimented by funky gothic wallpaper, blood red wall panels and all served on a bed of fresh laminated flooring.

Just a few years later, MadJester offered new T-shirts to 100 runners-up in MCN’s R1 prize draw…but that’s another story…

The sun is out again as ordered just for you by MadJester and is warming up the tarmac nicely, so grippyglide over to Poole Quay where you can have chips, vitamin D and a browse of all things Jestery.
