All orders are despatched Second Class via Royal Mail to the shipping address provided with your order – please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery. Orders are sent on the closest working day to the order being received.

If you need to change your item, please email sales@madjester.co.uk and we will give you a returns code and the address to send your item(s) back to us. Once we receive the returned item(s) we’ll send out a replacement.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please email sales@madjester.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order and we will give you a returns code and the address to send your item(s) back to us. Once we receive the returned item(s) we’ll refund your payment.
