Sto fit chest 36″ – 38″
A friend of mine is 5’11″, about 11 stone and sort of slim build – this size suits him best as the medium looks just a teeny bit too big and hangs a bit too long.

Mto fit chest 38″ – 40″
This is the size for me – despite what I’ve scribbled in countless bus shelters, I am a medium. I’ve just had to face facts. I’m about 5’11″, but 12 stone 8 (ish).

Lto fit chest 40″ – 42″
One of these is now owned by Mr. 6’3″, and slim to average build. He was no rugby player, but he didn’t have to run around in the shower to get wet either.

I reckon if you’re stocky build, your chest will demand nothing less. Be a good citizen and obey your chest.
